Kadayawan Festival

Davao City just celebrated its 24th annual Kadayawan festival last August 17 -23, 2009. It was a week long celebration filled with music, fun and festivity. This big event is highly anticipated not only by the Dabawenyos but at the same time by a lot of foreign visitors and balikbayans to witness the spectacle of Floral Float Parade and Indak Indak sa Kadalanan, a dance competition along the streets to showcase Davao's beautiful tradition and culture.
